Every Thursday at our Unit in Ringwood we are cooking delicious Paellas from scratch to be freshly ready by 5pm to serve customers in our local area.

In order to sustain a regular supply of our signature freshly-cooked paella prepared in the traditional large pan, slow-cook format for our local customers, we have introduced a weekly pre-order system that ensures we can fulfil demand. All we ask is that you give us as much notice as you can to reserve your portions and we hope this online facility will help.

The pre-order process starts each Friday when we open the order book to take and close it on the following Wednesday at 10am to decide which varieties of paellas to make ready for the Thursday afternoon cooking session.

Portions can be reserved for collection from Unit D1, Platinum Jubilee Business Park, Hopclover Way, Ringwood, Dorset BH24 3FW between 5pm and 7pm.

You can also pay an extra £3 for delivery to BH24 postcodes between 5.30pm and 7pm.

You can discuss or place order by calling us on 01425 350350. Our shop and office opening hours are Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm.

If available, you can add a dessert into your order and we’ll reserve that for you too. Go on… you know you want to!

When you place an order online you can select to pay online via paypal or to pay on collection/delivery – your reservation still stands in either case. You can also add notes at the check-out. We will be in contact to confirm your order and any other details required before the cook.

LOCAL DELIVERY: Adding your address in the billing & delivery information will reveal if we can offer you delivery (currently only in BH24). If so, you can then opt to stay with the delivery option (at a cost of £3 per order) and we will drop your order to you between 5.30pm and 7pm on Thursday.

LOCAL PICKUP: Alternatively you can re-select the local pickup option and collect your Fresh Paella order from us anytime between 5pm and 7pm on Thursday. It helps us to let us know what time you are planning to collect, which can be done in the checkout notes.
