You can get your favourite Idelica paella portions every week at our FRESH PAELLA THURSDAY (FPT) event. Add a dessert from our range and we’ll reserve that for you too. Go on… you know you want to!

How does it work?

Pre-order before 4pm each Wednesday to guarantee availability of your favourite type of paella.

Forgot to order before Pre-Order deadline?

We add some additional portions to our cooking plan after we have processed the pre-orders.  Whilst we don’t guarantee anything after this point, you can still order based on availability.  Simply select from the ‘in stock’ items in the pre-order page right up until we start cooking (around 4pm) or until we run out of stock. The link at the bottom of this page takes you to the next available Fresh Paella Thursday pre-order page.

Unit Service Times

You can now collect your FPT order anytime between 6pm and 7.30pm from us at: Idelica Ltd, Unit D1, Platinum Jubilee Business Park, Hopclover Way, Ringwood, Dorset BH24 3FW. Select this option at the checkout and we’ll be in touch to confirm an approximate time with you.

Other Pick-Up Locations

We have worked with our friends to arrange drop-off points and 10 minute time-slots where we can meet you with your order in two other Ringwood locations:

• Revolution Gym (at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm)
• Greyfriars Community Centre (at 6.30pm and 7.30pm) – select the best option for you at the checkout and we’ll see you there!

We apologise that we are no longer able to offer FPT home delivery in Ringwood as standard – if you have a requirement for this then please do get in touch and we’ll see what can be done.
