Public Events, Pop Ups & Festivals
Idelica has been providing freshly-cooked Paella servings throughout the day or evening for visitors to great outdoor festivals, shows and community events across Hampshire & Dorset for 15 years. Using our special set of paella skills in a pop-up gazebo kitchen containing an awesome range of big pans and burners, we can cruise through queues of hungry punters where required. Occasionally you might find us with a tempting tapas offering for sale too.
