Public Events, Pop Ups & Festivals
Idelica has been popping up for over a decade across Hampshire and Dorset with a gazebo kitchen and a crack cookery and service team, providing freshly-cooked Paella servings for visitors at hundreds of annual food festivals and other public events. Using our special set of skills alongside our awesome range of big pans and burners, we can cruise through queues of hungry punters where required. Occasionally you might find us with a tempting tapas offering for sale too.
