Get your Fresh Paella Thursday pre-orders in by 10am each Wednesday, when we have to decide which of our paellas we are cooking for this week’s customers’ Thursday evening dinner – Chicken & Chorizo Paella, Seafood Paella or Vegetable Paella – or all three!

Missed the Wednesday pre-order deadline? You can still order right up to we start cooking on Thursday (4pm) – check below to see what stock is left to order from. (We always allow for a few extra portions which can be snapped up by late-comers or can be added to our frozen portion stocks.)

Select your Fresh Paella Thursday portions of paella and dessert, and then select where and when to collect your portions from the options at the checkout. You can collect from our Unit where the cook takes place between 6pm and 7.30pm (we’ll be in contact to confirm a time when we process your order). Other collection points are shown as 10 minute slots at various locations around Ringwood where Baldy can meet you with your portions.

We currently allow our customers to purchase by cash or card on collection, but you do have the more convenient option to pay online when you make your pre-order.
