Our delicious family-recipe paella, always freshly-cooked at our unit in the traditional way, packed into generous portions taken straight from the pan, kept safe and warm and served up to our customers within two hours.
Fresh diced chicken is seared and chorizo is lightly sautéd with our signature sofrito and simmered with rice and chicken stock.
Typically we use chicken thigh meat and semi-cured chorizo picante imported from Rioja.
