Paella on the Lawn – Seafood

Our delicious family-recipe paella, always freshly-cooked in the traditional way, kept safe and warm and served up to our customers within two hours.

A medley of seafood are lightly sautéd with our signature sofrito and simmered with rice and fish stock.

Typically we use tiger prawns, pollock, squid, mussel and clam meat.
